Dovi Frances is a financial services entrepreneur and Founding Partner of Group 11. Over the course of his career, Dovi has invested over $130 million in many of Silicon Valley’s most prominent and disruptive financial technology companies. Dovi led the firm’s investments in SoFi, Addepar, Tipalti, TripActions, HomeLight, SunBit, Next Insurance and others.
Before becoming an investor, he worked for a decade in the financial services industry having managed SG, an independent financial advisory firm to high net worth clients and as a Vice President at Deutsche Bank AG Private Bank (NYSE: DB).
He currently serves as a Director on the Boards of Tipalti, SunBit, HomeLight, Reali, Lili Bank, EquityBee and Covercy. He is also an Advisor to Addepar, TripActions and is a member of the Advisory Council of Leumi Bank U.S and a member of the Steering Committee of Israel Collaboration Network.
Dovi earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Business and a BA in Management and Psychology from Ben-Gurion University.
Harpinder (Harpi) Singh is a General Partner at Innovation Endeavors which invests in transformational technology out of offices in Palo Alto, New York and Tel Aviv. He has spent nearly two decades as an entrepreneur building products in mobile, data and deep tech.
Harpi was the cofounder & CEO of Slice, a data science and market insights company that was acquired by Rakuten. Previously, he cofounded and led product at FiberTower, the largest independent provider of backhaul services to major wireless carriers that was acquired by First Avenue Networks.
He is a Lecturer in Management at Stanford GSB. He sits on the boards of Hysolate, OwnBackup, and Equalum. He began his career as a software developer at Oracle and Bull-Honeywell.
He earned an MBA from Stanford, MS in CS from Indiana University, and Bachelors in CS from IIT-BHU, India.
