Shachar Porat, Tax Partner and head of the Equity Compensation practice at HFN. Shachar has extensive experience in representing and advising the firm's clients, including Israeli and multinational publicly-listed companies, start-up companies as well as other privately-held companies, investment funds, financial institutions, executives and senior employees regarding all aspects of designing, implementing and managing equity-based compensation plans and benefits. Within the scope of her, work Shachar provides legal advice in numerous fields including corporate law, securities law, labor law, and taxation. Shachar takes an active role in all of HFN's M&A transactions, IPOs, investment transactions, and corporate restructurings and provides ongoing, day-to-day advice to a large variety of the firm's clients.
Gilad Pinhas is a Senior Partner in ERB. Leading technology and innovation-oriented CFO. Highly knowledgeable and familiar with the startup and tech ecosystem. Registered CPA and Certified Attorney with over 20 years of proven experience catering to global startups and tech companies. Gilad joined ERB in 2009 as a partner, deploying his unique knowledge and experience to the benefit of ERB clients. Over the past decade, Gilad has worked as a CFO & consultant with
hundreds of startups, tech and multinational companies. Gilad currently heads the US division of ERB and works closely with companies expanding into the US from the early setup stage and through the on-going financial
aspects of each company. Prior to joining ERB Gilad made his mark at Ernst & Young. Gilad holds an LLB in law and a BA in accounting from Tel Aviv University. In his spare time, Gilad likes to sail, play the piano and spend time
with his family.
Eyal Bar-Zvi is a partner and manages the Transfer Pricing department at Herzog, Fox & Neeman. Eyal is an attorney and an economist, with more than 15 years of experience in advising companies on their legal and tax growth strategy and on pricing and regulating their intercompany agreements with their related parties in the US (in compliance with the US regulations) and on a global scope. Eyal represents dozens of start-ups and more mature companies in their intercompany dealings with their subsidiaries and other related parties in the US, and also represents companies in their tax (transfer pricing) audits in Israel and abroad. Eyal holds two law degrees (both magna cum laude) and a degree in economics and teaches law and economics students at the Haifa University. Eyal is a former hacker and loves racing cars.
Kimberly Drory, Partner & Global Business Development at ERB.
Kimberly is a certified Lawyer, who graduated the Interdisciplinary Center with an L.L.B and B.B.A, with a specialty in International business law.
Kimberly currently heads the Global business development department at ERB and manages the US division of ERB, working closely with companies expanding into the US from the early set up stage and through the on-going financial aspects of each company. She is responsible for providing startup companies with a complete global spectrum of financial solutions such as CFO, accounting, HR etc., as well as for building, monitoring and maintaining company’s pipeline/deal-flow. With track record of finding innovative ways to grow revenue and increase margins, Kimberly is also in charge of creating and executing the company’s multi-year business development strategy. Kimberly is well versed in presentations, accustomed to addressing clients, vendors, partners, shareholders, venture capitals and corporate board of directors. Prior to joining ERB, she worked as a corporate lawyer at “Raved, Magrizo, Benkel and Co” and was the owner of a tech accessories company in the US called “Techpower”. In September 2016 Kimberly became partner at ERB.
Liam Schwartz is an American and Israeli corporate immigration lawyer. Based in Israel, Liam’s practice focuses on assisting Israeli companies successfully relocate executives, managers and other key personnel to the U.S. Liam has been selected to the list of Most
