Laly David

Business Development Partner at OurCrowd

Laly leads business development and strategic relationships for OurCrowd and its portfolio companies. Before joining OurCrowd, Laly held senior positions in business development and strategy across multiple industries in private and public companies. She also experienced the rollercoaster of being the CEO of a startup making eco-friendly cardboard products. Laly began her career as a lawyer and enjoyed six years in the upper west side of New York working at a leading firm on mergers & acquisitions and securities offerings. Laly served as a non-commissioned Education Officer in the IDF Officers School. She holds both a law degree (1997) and a Philosophy degree (1997, magna cum laudae) from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from the Nash Honors Program at Baruch College (2000). Laly is a long distance runner and enjoys hiking with her family.

Liat Sverdlov
Partner, Investment Team at OurCrowd

Liat Sverdlov is Partner at the Investment Team at OurCrowd, leading investments across a wide range of technologies and at different stages. Before joining OurCrowd, Liat was the Head of Investments, Acquisitions and Partnerships in Israel for TCL Corporation (Multibillion Chinese conglomerate in the Consumer Electronics space headquartered in Shenzhen). Prior to that, Liat was a Director in Nokia and in Alcatel-Lucent’s CTO and Strategy organizations, responsible for partnerships, investments and M&A assessments in Israel, US and Europe. Earlier Liat was a consultant at McKinsey & Company Business Technology Office in New York, advising senior executive in Fortune 500 companies on how to derive business value from technology. Liat started her career at the HQ of Kulicke and Soffa Industries, a global leader in the semiconductor equipment manufacturing, as a software manager, leading distributed software development and test teams. Liat holds an Executive Master in Technology Management from Wharton and University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering as well as a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Temple University.

Partner, Labs/02

Stav is a partner at Labs/02, the leading Jerusalem-based startup incubator. Labs02 is backed by leading equity crowdfunding platform OurCrowd, Motorola Solutions, India’s Reliance Industries, the Hebrew University and the Israeli Innovation Authority. Prior to joining Labs/02, Stav was an entrepreneur focused on building startup accelerators and helping founders build businesses from scratch. Stav has a knack for taking ideas she is passionate about and bringing them to life. She co-founded SifTech, the first entrepreneurship center and accelerator program in greater Jerusalem and also founded Jnext, a joint project of the Ministry of Jerusalem, the Jerusalem Development Authority and the Municipality of Jerusalem which aims to strengthen and empower the technological ecosystem in Jerusalem. In 2016 Stav joined OurCrowd as Director of Business Development. Stav is a graduate of Hebrew University’s prestigious PPE program and was featured in Forbes 30 under 30 in 2015.
