Hani Goldstein is the CEO & Co-Founder at Snappy Gifts. Snappy is an enterprise gifting platform that allows companies to engage with their employees, customers, and users through fun surprises. Snappy is growing rapidly and has signed up over 400 enterprise customers including Booking.com, Uber, WeWork, Zoom, Task Rabbit and Walmart, in less than 18 months since launch. Before Co-Founding Snappy, Hani earned her degrees in Business Administration, Law, and Psychology from Tel Aviv University and from IDC Hertzlia. Prior to university, she served in the Israeli Defense Forces as an Infantry Instructor and Commander. She later went on to work in the District Attorney's Office in Israel as an attorney.
Sivan Hermon

Sivan is a seasoned technology leader with 20+ years of experience. She loves shaping happy and effective engineering teams that deliver products that customers love to love. Sivan believes in building an inclusive and diverse culture and invests a portion of her time to promote this cause.
Sivan’s career started in the Israeli Army where she participated in a prestigious programming course, became an instructor, and transformed hundreds of IDF soldiers into knowledgeable software engineers. After moving to New York in 2008, she worked in supporting sales (pre-sales etc) and gained a better understanding and exposure to the business side of the Software business. She expanded her business acumen by going on to complete an Executive MBA from Columbia Business school. Prior to joining Google, she was an Eng Director at Amplify focused on helping educators assess students performance.
These days, Sivan focuses on Googler productivity and culture via her work on products that help Googlers interact online and navigate company spaces.
Sivan lives in Manhattan, with her husband and 2 kids. Outside of work she enjoys sleep (if possible) and spending time with friends.
