Boaz Touitou is the Co-Founder and CTO of Impala AI, an AI Inference Lab building optimized infrastructure for hyperscale AI and ambient agents. He began his career in low-level vulnerability research in Israel’s Unit 8200 and later in the cybersecurity industry, developing deep expertise in operating system internals and specialized hardware architectures. At Impala, Boaz leads the company’s technical strategy and engineering organization, translating low-level systems expertise into scalable inference systems that maximize efficiency across modern GPU infrastructure.
