Apoorv Agrawal is a Partner at Altimeter Capital, where he invests in AI and Software. He led Altimeter’s investments in OpenAI, Glean, and Parloa, and previously backed Slack, Redis, OneTrust, and Nuro. Apoorv began his career as a software engineer at Palantir Technologies, spending four years driving large-scale commercial deployments in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Singapore. His hands-on product and go-to-market work there continues to shape his investing lens today. Raised between India and Singapore, Apoorv holds a degree in Computer Science from National University of Singapore and an MBA from Stanford University. Peter Paltchik, born in Yalta, Ukraine, is a distinguished Israeli judoka competing in the under-100 kg weight category. After moving to Israel as an infant, he began practicing judo at the age of four, encouraged by his grandfather to strengthen his bones. 

Paltchik's career is highlighted by significant achievements:

- **European Champion**: In 2020, he clinched the gold medal at the European Judo Championships in Prague, defeating Russia's Arman Adamian in the final. 

- **Olympic Medals**: He earned a bronze medal as part of Israel's mixed team at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.  At the Paris 2024 Olympics, Paltchik secured an individual bronze in the men's under-100 kg category, marking Israel's first medal of the Games. 

Beyond his athletic prowess, Paltchik is known for his resilience and dedication, overcoming early health challenges and injuries to reach the pinnacle of his sport. His journey from a child with bone issues to a world-class judoka serves as an inspiration to many.
