ICON was founded in 2014 by Yasmin Lukatz, Oren Zeev, and a group of Israelis and Americans who believed that the strongest networks are built on trust, generosity, and people helping one another over time.
What started as a way to bring Israeli founders closer to Silicon Valley grew into a broader community connecting the people shaping technology across both ecosystems.
Today, ICON brings that community together through programs, intimate gatherings, and long-term relationships.
