Before founding bananaz.ai, he served as the Head of Engineering and VP of R&D at Keystone Dental Group, where he led international cross-functional teams and oversaw numerous projects developing Class II medical devices and manufacturing processes. Or holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and is a graduate of the Iacocca Global Village at Lehigh University, Pennsylvania.
