Tomer is a graduate of the elite Israeli Air Force "Talpiot" program, with over a decade of experience leading interdisciplinary complex software projects. A project Tomer lead in the Israeli prime minister's office received the "Israel Defense prize" for 2016, Tomer holds a Bsc. in CS and physics from the Hebrew University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
