Ziv’s passion for construction began on-site with his father, shaping a career that has spanned over $700M in complex projects. With firsthand experience in how intuition-based planning drives inefficiency and risk, he became focused on applying data and technology to bring precision to preconstruction. Today, he leads LeanCon’s vision and strategy to make construction planning fully data-driven, enabling teams to plan with unmatched speed and accuracy. Ziv holds a BSc in Civil Structural Engineering from the Technion–Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from the Yale School of Management, where he also serves as co-president of the Yale SOM Alumni Club of Israel.
