Online Community Manager

 

ICON is seeking an Online Community Manager to join our team in Israel to manage the online community platform and all of ICON’s online content.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and shareable content for our internal community platform (Hivebrite), blog, Facebook page, monthly newsletters, and promotional videos

  • Fully in charge of all platform logistics.  

  • Monitor social media campaigns and analyze web traffic from the online community using key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Participate in social events, corporate events, and workshops.

 

Your Skills and Assets:

  • Hebrew & English FLUENCY REQUIRED

  • Possessing the ability to develop creative, engaging, and original content

  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills

  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and web metrics

  • Proficient in word processing applications, spreadsheets, presentation software, and social media management tools

  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite
